Nursing Home Registered Nurse

The ideal candidate for this Skilled Nursing Facility will be responsible for providing care to residents while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize resident needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide quality total resident care, maintain resident care standards, and participate in maintenance of adequate resident care

• Exercise supervisory responsibilities over non-supervisory team members

• Participate in opportunities for professional growth

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in the state of South Dakota

• CPR/BLS Certification

• Knowledge of CMS, OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance

• Must have the ability to make decisions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced and emotionally demanding work area
